We ship our coffee Australia-wide.
How often do you ship from your warehouse?
Our subscription coffee is shipped fortnightly on Fridays.
The product I received is not what I ordered from your store, do you accept returns?
Yes, we accept returns if the order is not correct.
Simply take a photo of your order and send it to email@example.com.
Once approved, please return your order via post to our HQ at 19 Hall Street, Yarraville 3013.
We'll cover the cost of the return and will dispatch your correct order immediately.
Can I get my coffee pre-ground?
Yes, you can select to have your coffee delivered in whole bean or pre-ground form.
What grind settings do you offer?
We offer the following pre-ground options:

Is your coffee roasted for espresso, filter, or both?
We have adopted an omni-roast profile for our coffees. This means you can produce amazing results on both espresso and filter.
